In Singapore, the accidental damage from handling coverage is provided to you pursuant to a group insurance policy that Apple South Asia Pte Ltd has purchased from AIG Asia Pacific Insurance Pte Ltd.

*Service coverage is available only for iPad, its original included accessories, one compatible Apple Pencil and one compatible Apple-branded iPad keyboard used with your iPad, or for batteries that retain less than 80% of their original capacity. Accidental damage means physical damage from handling due to unexpected and unintentional events. Replacement equipment that Apple provides as part of the repair or replacement service may contain new or previously used genuine Apple parts that have been tested and pass Apple functional requirements. Each incident of accidental damage protection is subject to a service fee. For all 11-inch iPad Pro (M4), 13-inch iPad Pro (M4), 11-inch iPad Air (M2) and 13-inch iPad Air (M2) models, the service fee is S$42 for screen repair and S$148 for all other accidental damage. The service fee for accidental damage to all other iPad models is S$68. The screen repair service fee is only available on 11-inch iPad Pro (M4), 13-inch iPad Pro (M4), 11-inch iPad Air (M2) and 13-inch iPad Air (M2) iPad models, and when there is no other damage present. The service fee for Apple Pencil or Apple-branded iPad keyboard is S$42.
